We build a staffing plan based on your event layout and timeline. For larger events, this includes a crew breakdown by role — gate staff, vendor row coordinators, sponsor area support, and breakdown crew.
You receive a written quote with crew count, hours, and total cost. Once confirmed, we lock the date and begin coordinating personnel assignments and pre-event briefings.
All assigned crew members complete a pre-event briefing — typically the evening before or morning of — covering the site map, their specific post, escalation protocols, and client contacts on the day.
Crew arrives ahead of scheduled guest arrival. A site lead from our team maintains communication with your event coordinator throughout the day to handle real-time adjustments as needed.
Post-event, our crew handles the breakdown tasks included in your package. A close-out report summarizing crew hours and any incident notes is provided within 24 hours of event completion.
